AIRAC 2012 Update 1
	J39 segment between MGM and CEW removed.
	Added top-down ground map to main ZTL map set and ULOW map set. On the main ZTL maps, the top-down map is accessed at anytime whenever you're in top down mode (CTRL+T to toggle). On the ULOW map, the same logic applies but you must ensure the GND MAP is selected.
